I am a new graduate RN currently pursuing my RN-BSN at Capella University, and I am in need of a preceptor to help me fulfill my practicum requirements. I am looking for a kind, patient, and knowledgeable mentor who is passionate about guiding and supporting the next generation of nurses. Per Capella University’s requirements, my preceptor must have either a BSN with at least one year of experience or an ADN with at least five years of experience.

I would love to learn from someone who is willing to provide hands-on learning experiences, offer constructive feedback, and share their expertise to help me grow in my nursing practice. I am open to traveling to find the right mentor and truly hope to work with someone who fosters a supportive and encouraging learning environment, values professional development, and is committed to providing excellent patient care.
